Rick wanted to start now so problems didn’t appear in old age.
He was suffering from lower back pain but also wanted to feel more energized, lose weight and feel confident in his appearance. Working a sedentary full time job as well as doing extra work for his municipality, Rick didn’t know how to fit in the work for these goals or where to start. So he came to me.
We started simple, built habits and used food as an ally.
Ricks is incredibly cheerful and took to everything with a lot of enthusiasm. We started implementing simple practices to increase energy and manage diet. Rick is a superb chef and loves his food. He really enjoys cooking with his god children and teaching them how to cook for themselves (they are actually cousins of mine). It’s a misconception that ‘food is the enemy’, it’s actually the most powerful ally in any body composition goal - if used properly. So we worked with that.

“Lets go lift, bro!”
In Ricks home town there wasn’t much in the way of gyms. But he had a small one and we used what was there, making a habit of visiting it following the plan I’d made. Ricks friendly, positive nature quickly won him friends there who he enjoyed working out with.
He stuck at it.
He stuck to the plan and learned how to manage the habits and practices and fit them into his lifestyle.
